Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
An individual lease means independence. When you lease an apartment at INFINITE Chicago, you’ll sign your own lease agreement. That means that you will be responsible for your portion of the rent, and nobody else’s. The rent you pay pertains to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!
At INFINITE Chicago, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.
Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to INFINITE Chicago residents.
Yes! And it’s not your typical dorm furniture. Your apartment will come sleekly styled with furnishings that are modern yet functional.
INFINITE Chicago offers a variety of floor plans whether you’re looking for a solo space or room for you and your crew. Check out the floor plans we offer by clicking here.
Though we do not offer parking, Infinite’s prime location in the center of the Chicago Loop makes it easy to get wherever you want to go by foot or via easy access to one of the many CTA stations just blocks from your front door.
Infinite’s vertical design gives the building an immediate advantage when dealing with safety concerns. By building up, the number of entries can be counted on one hand, unlike the typical Chicago brownstone apartments, which are far less secure. Infinite’s fewer access points mean fewer opportunities for unwanted visitors to enter the community. Infinite is also equipped with standard apartment deadbolts, bedrooms with locking door handles and individual keys, a helpful front desk staff, security cameras, 24/7 staffing, and secured electronic key access.
While we love your furry friends, we do not allow pets at this time.
No, the full summer rent installment must be paid by April 1st, as stated in your lease agreement.
We do not cancel leases. If you are no longer planning to stay at INFINITE, you are responsible for finding someone to take over your lease and will be responsible for paying rent until a replacement is found.
